The recently held ET Now.in Realty Conclave and Awards 2026, organised on 13 June 2026 at the Taj Palace in Chanakyapuri, brought together more than 60 leading real estate brands from across India. The large participation at the conclave reflected the rapid growth of the Indian real estate sector, which is becoming increasingly diverse with the inclusion of a wide range of industry players.
The awardees represented diverse segments, including residential real estate, luxury housing, real estate consultancy, infrastructure development, property technology companies, sustainable and green projects, and flexible living and co-living spaces.
The conclave demonstrated that India’s real estate sector is no longer solely about constructing tall buildings. Instead, it is increasingly focused on technology, sustainability, innovation and enhancing customer experience.
Several companies were recognised for introducing new ideas and solutions to the sector. Mores Techno Pvt Ltd was honoured for its technology-enabled real estate services, while Colive was recognised for its flexible urban living solutions.
Sustainability also emerged as a major theme at the conclave. Bootes was recognised as an emerging leader in net-zero real estate, highlighting the industry’s growing emphasis on environmentally responsible development.
The awards also acknowledged infrastructure and nation-building efforts. Ashtech Prefab received recognition for its contributions to infrastructure development.
Another key highlight was the recognition of luxury and premium housing projects. Ashtech Presidential Towers received the “Luxury Project of the Year” award in Noida, while ATS Kingston Heath was recognised for its golf course-centric residential apartments.
The conclave also highlighted the role of real estate advisors and consultants. Brands such as Investor Home Solutions Pvt Ltd and Wealthchoice were honoured for building trust and helping customers make informed property decisions.
By bringing together 69 brands under one roof, the conclave created significant opportunities for knowledge sharing and industry-wide collaboration.
India’s changing property landscape was reflected in the awards ceremony, where a diverse range of winners, including developers, consultants and technology companies, demonstrated how different stakeholders are working together to create smarter, greener and more customer-focused real estate solutions.
The ET Now.in Realty Conclave and Awards 2026 became more than just an awards ceremony. The event showcased the innovation, growth and future potential of India’s real estate and infrastructure sectors.
